At the heart of Claris' superior service you'll find our custom portals. These portals were developed in-house and serve as a gateway to everything your association or resident will need to access. When designing these, our team aimed to keep them simple and intuitive. These user-friendly portals are the best on the market and enable both our clients and their neighbors to have access to important information at their fingertips.
While the HOA Portal will feature the familiar Claris Business Solutions logo, the Resident Portal features the distinctive logo of our sister company, DuesManagement.com. This is done intentionally, as we'll explain below.
The fully-customizable, password-protected Claris HOA Portal features unmatched simplicity, creating an incredibly clean platform that even the most technologically challenged user can operate. Clearly marked buttons bring users to various pages ranging from PDFs of association documents and deposits to our upload widget that with a few clicks sends all of your files directly to our server.
Everything in this portal was developed with you in mind. Because it is fully customizable, we have the abiity to make the entire portal varying shades of purple - if that's what you desire. On a more functional note, the buttons are customizable, as well, allowing for more or less, depending on your preferences. To emphasize our partnership, your neighborhood or condominium logo will be placed next to the Claris logo at the top of the portal.

Resident Portal
As we stated above, our sleek Resident Portal prominently displays the logo of our sister company, DuesManagement.com. This was done intentionally. In order to provide the most efficient and painless experience possible for your residents, we developed the website DuesManagement.com to be the one-stop shop for all of their needs. From this portal, residents can pay their dues online, electronically submit forms such as change of mailing address, find answers to commonly asked questions, and contact us for further assistance.
To your neighbors, DuesManagement.com will be the public face of Claris. Even the association-specific support email each association receives will be [association]@duesmanagement.com.
