HOW DOES IT WORK?

Your association receives a P.O. Box from Claris. All checks, mail, bills, and third-party inquiries are sent here. 

Step One:

Step Two:

We collect and sort what was in your box, scan everything we collected, and send deposits to your bank.

Step Three:

All scans and deposits are uploaded to your portal where you have 24/7 access to all of your records. If we touched it, it gets placed in the portal.
